1. Formål & Tilgang

Udvikling af den første funktionelle tekniske Proof of Concept (PoC) for Bio Lampen til validering af halogen-drift, USB-C PD strømforsyning og termisk afledning.

2. Aftalte Leverancer ("Done" Kriterie)

Iteration 1 anses for fuldført ved overdragelse og fysisk demonstration af:

Halogen + LED Driverkredsløb: Styring og strømforsyning til halogenpære kombineret med LED-belysning.
USB-C PD Forhandling: Strømforsyning via USB-C Power Delivery med nødvendig spændingsforhandling.
Simpel Firmware: Grundlæggende mikrokontrol-firmware til styring af lysniveauer og sikkerhedsafbrydelse.
Termisk Test & Rapport: Dokumenteret test med termisk kamera til analyse af varmeudvikling.
Initial Custom PCB: Specialdesignet printkort tilpasset prototypens komponenter.
3D-printet Enclosure: Funktionelt 3D-printet kabinet der fastholder elektronik og komponenter sikkert under afprøvning.

1. Purpose & Approach

Development of the first functional technical Proof of Concept (PoC) for the Bio Lamp to validate halogen driving, USB-C PD power negotiation, and thermal dissipation.

2. Agreed Deliverables ("Done" Criteria)

Iteration 1 is considered completed upon delivery and functional demonstration of:

Halogen + LED Driver Circuit: Driving circuitry for halogen bulb combined with LED illumination.
USB-C PD Negotiation: Power supply via USB-C Power Delivery with voltage/current negotiation.
Simple Firmware: Microcontroller firmware controlling brightness levels and safety cutoff.
Thermal Test & Report: Documented thermal camera assessment of heat dissipation.
Initial Custom PCB: Dedicated printed circuit board tailored for the prototype.
3D Printed Enclosure: Functional 3D printed housing safely mounting electronics and bulb during testing.

4. Timeline

5. Rights & Confidentiality

100% IP Ownership: The client retains complete ownership of all CAD files, schematics, PCB layouts, firmware, and prototypes upon final invoice. Protected under mutual NDA.
